Don Segundo

Let's talk about Gloria Fuertes' Poem!!
Today I would like to disscus about "Don Segundo"

-¡Tin, tin!
-¿Quién?
-Don segundo.

-Don segundo,
espere un segundo.
Me voy a lavar ,
me voy a peinar,
me voy a comer.
...(y si me como
no me verá usted).

Espere un segundo,
Don segundo.
Me voy a duchar,
me voy a vestir,
me voy a calzar
me voy a estudiar.

Y don Segundo se cansó de
esperar
y se convirtió en una hora.

In my opinion this poem remember me, the puntuality!! Sometimes non-existent!
Like in the poem, it sais, "give me a second" but it needs "one hour".
It's so fun, I think that all Gloria Fuertes' poem has a characteristic, surprise, because when you are reading it, you dont know how it will finish and what will happen.
I believe that if you anyday feel sad if you read this great poet you will feel better.
She is faboulus.

Cinderella

Once upon a time...
there was an unhappy young girl, because of her mother's death and her father's remarriage with an evil widow who had two doughters.

When his father died, Cinderella was considered a servant by her stepmother, and she was all the time dressing in rangs and her face stained because of the cinders.
That's why they called her "Cinderella".

One day, the Court was celebrating a ball for all ladies, in order to the Prince could find  a wife.

Obviously, Cinderella wasn't allowed to go. But suddenly, when she was crying, there was a burst of light, and a fairy appeared!
She told Cinderella she would help her to go.

With her magic wand, she put on a beautiful dress to Cinderella; then she turned a pumpkin into a coach and seven mice into white horses.
Now she could go!

The fairy warned Cinderella that she had to leave the ball at midnight  because at that time, the spell ended.

When she entered de ball, the Prince fell in love with her since the moment he saw her, so they danced togheter all evening.
But when Cinderella heard the strokes of midnight, she ran away and fortunatelly, she lost one of her glass slippers.

The Prince picked up her slipper and promissed that he wold married the girl who fitted that shoe.

After try the slipper on all the girls, it finally fitted on Cinderella's foot!

Therefore, the Prince and Cinderella got married, and finally lived happily ever after.

Little Red Riding Hood

Little Red Riding Hood is the story that I will tell you today. In a small forest lived a girl with her family, and one day she decided to go to visit her grandmother who was illSo his mother gave her a small basket with food. And the girl went into the forest but suddenly appeared awolf:
- Hello darling, where are you going?- said the wolf.
- Well, I'm going to visit my grandmother who is ill
and she lives across the forest.- replied the girl.- Oh, well, and what have you got in that basket?
- I have the lunch for my grandmother.
- Ok, well ... Have fun, see you!

And the little girl went on.
But besides bad wolf was smart came home first in the girl's grandmother. And the wolf ate the grandmotherSo when the girl arrived at her grandmother's house, approachedher grandmother and told her:

- Granny Granny! Why are your ears so big?
- To listen to you better
- And why are your eyes so big?
- To see you better
- And. .. why is your mouth so big?
- Because I'm going to eat you!

And the wolf ate the girlBut luckily a hunter who passed by the house who saw what happened could came into the house to save the girl and her grandmother.
THE END

I think this story has a great moral burden, because since they are small, each child's parents teach them that trust in strangers must be zero.

Caperucita Roja - cartel

And for those who already do not like stories, can choose to seethis famous story as a movieDirected by Catherine Hardwicke and rather

When the fairies come to the princess to give the best virtues, one of them is hidden to be the last
The princess would be the most beautiful, with a beautiful voice and a great dancer.

But the old fairy predicts princess' death. She pricked with a spindle. But the last fairy predicts that she will not die but she will fall into a deep sleep for 100 yearsPrincess' birthday comes (her 16 birthday) and this summer when they travel to another castle, the princesspricked with a spindle that was in the tower.

THE END

This story was made into a film. It was the last film produced by Walt Disney based on the Perrault's fairy tale. The "sleeping beauty" of the same name as in the Tchaikovskyballet, Princess Aurora. The look of the film, that Disney wanted it to be like a movingtapestry, it is not typical of other films in the company.

These stories are the ones that came to us in the same way Perrault wrote them.
They're all morality tales and full of charm, which made this stories be the favorite ones of children.
Their characters were usually fairies, talking animals or witches, and his tales had always a happy ending, not forgetting the lesson concerning he included  ant the end of his writtings.

"La Sirenita que quiso ir al Cole" by Gloria Fuertes.

Let's talk this evening about another Gloria Fuertes' poem!

-¡Cómo no voy a andar rara
 si soy una sirena!-.

This poem talks about a small mermaid that wanted to go to school, but she was a bit shy. One day, she went to look through a window and the teacher encourage her to come in, but she ran away.

She sewed a long dress which could cover her tail, and then went to school. Her classmates laughed at her because she walked in a strage way, but what could she do? she was a mermaid!

We hope you like this simple but charming poem.

The three spinners

Once upon a time a girl so lazy that one day his mother began shouting angrily and beat his daughter, at that moment the Queen was in her street, and the embarrassed mother told her that she was angry with her daughter to spin too.
So the queen who liked working people took her to his castle and put her in a room spinning, the queen told the girl that if she spun around, she would marry with a queen's son.
She was very sad because she could not spin, but then, came three old women who were very ugly.

One of them had very large foot.

Another of them was very fat lip.

And the last one had the big toe.

They made a deal, if the old ladies spun the whole thread, the girl will invited them to the wedding as if they were family.
When the husband saw the three old ladies, the boy restrained the girl spun.
So they lived happily ever after.

In this case, the the girl was very lucky to find some old ladies who help her, but inreal life, it is important to be an entrepreneur and always be willing to work and train you to study for a future and a own life.
